Potatoes are an extremely versatile vegetable and remain delicious whichever way you prepare them. The following video shows you how to cook some yummy stacked potatoes without much effort.
Start off by greasing a muffin tin. Peel about a dozen golden potatoes and slice thinly. Season the slices with butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan. Once done, arrange the slices into stacks and place them in the muffin tin. Cook the potatoes for an hour at 190 degrees. The edges will become crispy while the center will remain tender!
