Fitness is really important if you want to live a happy life. Being fit and healthy makes you less prone to depression and anxiety and helps prevent diseases like diabetes and hypertension as well. Eating clean and exercising regularly is not as easy as it sounds though. There are days we want to slack off our regular exercise routine, just like the pooch in the following video!

This dog was running on a treadmill. Exercise is really important for dogs as it helps prevent boredom and keeps them sharp and focused. But this pooch wasn’t really in the mood for it. He runs on it for a while, then slowly stops, moving only his front legs. After being caught, he runs a little more, but does the same thing! I guess all of us can relate to this guy!
