Baking might seem intimidating to some people. After all, it is a science that requires you to make exact measurements and follow precise instructions for success. But the muffins in the following video are as easy as pie. All you need are three ingredients and you’re just a few steps away from making the perfect little muffin.

Start off by peeling and mashing a few bananas in a bowl. Add 4 eggs and mix them well. Next, spray a muffin tin with some nonstick spray. Pop a couple of berries into each little pocket. You can use raspberries, strawberries or any other berry that you’d like. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and put it into an oven preheated to 375 degrees for about 12 minutes. Once cooled, your batch of delicious, healthy and gluten free muffins are ready!
